    Available is this interesting vase marked “Cartegena Columbia”.  Along the side it is also signed “Andy”.  The pot measures 4.25 inches tall by 4.75 in diameter.  The design and pot are hand painted with images of large pots and the backs of people in hats.  It is in good condition, with no chips, cracks or damage.  There is a scratch with some missing paint under the rim as seen in photo 3. The base has a spot above the signature with some missing paint where it has peeled off from a sticker?  Otherwise in great shape.  An estate sale find - exact age and history are unknown.
